The purpose of this role is to increase customer transactions in order to drive sustainable revenue generation for GHX.
The Utilisation Specialist is responsible for analysing transaction and customer registration data generated by GHX Exchange platforms, in order to identify trading patterns and opportunities for transactional volume and revenue growth. Using this information; this role will identify potential collaboration opportunities with GHX Customers to establish new trading partnerships and increase revenue through customer transaction volume growth.
This position interfaces internally with Sales and Solutions Delivery, as well as GHX customers to competitively position GHX in the market and drive the business strategy and growth.
The role has a direct impact on the GHX Customer Experience in supporting customers to handle their supply chain.
The purpose of the role is to support the sales teams with the information, assets and tools that help them sell more effectively, and increase visibility and understanding of GHX in the marketplaces.
The Associate Product Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting sales enablement, Go-To-Market launches and corporate communications across the European markets. The Associate Product Marketing Specialist is knowledgeable in the purchase-to-pay and order-to-cash portfolios and the competitive landscapes, focusing on key solutions and crafting compelling assets to empower the sales teams, support the product managers with launching their products, and increasing visibility and understanding of GHX.
The role has a direct impact on GHX revenue and the customer experience in supporting customers with handling the digital transformation of their supply chain.
