GHX Names Millennium Club Healthcare Organizations in 2016 with Very High Levels of Supply Chain Automation

Global Healthcare Exchange, LLC (GHX) announced the healthcare provider and supplier organizations named to the GHX Millennium Club for achieving the highest levels of healthcare supply chain automation. These organizations generate more than one million automated transactions (including advanced order sets, among others) annually through the GHX Exchange, helping to improve the cost-quality equation in the healthcare industry. 

The Millennium Club organizations were selected by GHX based on an evaluation of the supply chain automation levels in 2016 of more than 1,500 hospitals and suppliers in the U.S. and Canada currently connected to the GHX electronic trading exchange. In the second year of this program, GHX identified 18 provider organizations (up from 14 for 2015) and 16 supplier organizations that scored highest in a range of automation categories during the 2016 calendar year. Thirteen provider and 14 supplier organizations earned the recognition for a second year.

The GHX Millennium Club members will be recognized at an Awards Banquet Luncheon during the 2017 GHX Healthcare Supply Chain Summit, April 24-26, 2017, in National Harbor, MD.
