GHX Appoints Rob Alcock to Lead Healthcare Payments Organization

Global Healthcare Exchange, LLC (GHX) announced the appointment of Rob Alcock as general manager of the company’s ePay organization for healthcare payment process solutions. Alcock, a 25-year veteran of the technology and financial services industry, including Amazon and American Express, will work with GHX’s extensive healthcare community of hospitals, health systems and suppliers to help increase the automation and efficiency of the procure-to-pay process.

Alcock joins GHX from Amazon where he was General Manager, Global Alliances for Amazon’s business marketplace. Previously, Alcock was at American Express where he held numerous senior executive positions including Vice President and General Manager, Global Innovation and Development; Vice President, Global Strategy and Business Development; Vice President, Global Business Development and Partnerships; and Vice President, Global B2B Payment Solutions.
