The acquisition will enable us to deliver even greater value to our combined customers as they seek to deliver the right care, to the right patients and at the right costs.
The Lumere acquisition also significantly extends GHX’s footprint in the pharmaceutical market, helping health systems more strategically manage the increasingly complex area of pharmacy cost and quality.
